Dear Computer Lady,
Is there a way to delete more than 20 emails at a time? I have so much spam, it takes forever to do all the deleting in my in box, and all the filtered mail I have every day.
Hey thanks for reading my mail. My, my my, what a great newsletter you have. I look forward to it all the time and it’s so helpful.
Thank you, Denis
Yes, there is a way to delete several e-mails at once.
Click on the first e-mail you want to delete.
Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the last e- mail you want to delete.
All the messages between the first and last e-mail you clicked on will be highlighted. Now just press the Delete key on your keyboard.
If you have messages mixed in that you want to save, just hold down the Ctrl key and click only on the messages you want to delete. When they are all highlighted, press the Delete key on your keyboard.
If you are getting a lot of Spam, try a service like Spamarrest
( http://spamarrest.com/affl?1117210 ) to get rid of unwanted e-mails.
