Dear Computer Lady,
I have been reading your newsletter for many years and I have a question I hope you can help me with.
Sometimes when I try to forward an email with pictures in it, I get the message that the pictures will not show in the forwared email.
Is there a way to work around, so the pictures will be forwarded?
I use Windows 7 Ultimate with Windows Live Mail and IE 10.
Thanking you in advance, Ben
Dear Ben,
This seems to be a very common problem, and it appears that there is more than one thing that can be causing the problem.
The best solution that I can offer you is to turn on “Convert messages to Photo Email when sending Photos”.
1. Click the drop down arrow in the upper-left corner of the Windows Live Mail window.
2. Click on, “Options”.
3. Click on the “Compose” tab.
4. Click to select, “Convert messages to Photo Email when sending Photos”.
5. Click “OK” to close the dialog box and save your changes.
I hope this fixes your problem.

With regard to forwarding photos in Live Mail, I do have “Convert messages to Photo Email” checked, but I am still unable to forward pictures. Is there any other solution? Thankyou.
