Dear Computer Lady,
I hope you can help me.
This morning I accidentally blocked a sender (wrong one) and want to restore it to safe list.
Where in Windows 7 live mail do I find the list? I’ve looked all over but no luck.
Have a great day, Joan
Here is how to remove the address from the blocked senders list.
1. Open Windows Live Mail.
2. Click on the tab to the left. Point to “Options” then click on “Safety Options”.
3. Click on the “Blocked Senders” tab in the Safety Options dialog box.
4. Find the correct email address in the list of blocked senders, click once on the email address, then click on the “Remove” button on the right.
If you want, you can also click on the “Safe Senders” tab and add the email address to this list.
When you are finished, click the “OK” button to save your changes and close the window.
It’s Your Turn: What do you think?
