I am 81 years old and I enjoy all the info you give us. Would appreciate if you would answer one question for me. I have windows 7 and use Windows Live Mail. I do not have the word “tools” in my menu bar. Can you please tell me how to get it.

Dear Bob,
Windows Live Mail does not have, “Tools” in the menu bar.
Instead, you can access most of the items that were under “Tools” in Windows Mail by clicking on the tab all the way to the left. It is to the left of the “Home” tab and has a small icon that looks like a paper.
