[ad]Dear Computer Lady,
I have asked this question before and was really hoping you could help.
I cannot get a response from right clicking on a site url in my Firefox bookmarks tab.
I would like to delete some of the sites. I get nothing.
Also I get no drop-down list from the help tab at the top of the window.
Is there a way to fix this?
Thank you, Mary
While right-clicking on a bookmark in Firefox should display a context menu that gives you the option for deleting, you can try an alternate method and see if it will work for you.
If this method doesn’t work either, you will need to either update Firefox, or possible uninstall then re-install Firefox to fix the original problem.
Here is the alternate method.
1. Open Firefox and click on the bookmark you want to remove. That page will open in your browser.
2. Once you are the page you want to remove the bookmark for, click on the star icon as if you were going to save a bookmark.
3. A dialog box for editing the bookmark will open. Just click on “Remove Bookmark” to delete.
It’s Your Turn: What do you think?
