Clean out iPad Temporary Files

[ad]Dear Computer Lady,

I like to take good care of my computer, I clean out temporary files, and update my security on a regular basis.

Now that I have my iPad, I use it to go online and I know that it must be collecting temporary internet files. How do I get rid of those?

Thank you for your help, David

Dear David,

You can clean out your internet files on your iPad. Here is how:

1. Go to your home screen, and tap the “Settings” icon.

2. On the left side, tap on Safari.

3. In the fourth section down, tap on, “Clear History and Website Data”, then tap, “Clear” in the dialog box that appears.
