Dear Computer Lady,
I have “gone over to the other side” and now have MACs, but a volunteer at the hospital where I work recently upgraded to WIN10 and now her printer won’t work.
What should she do? It’s a Dell computer and Dell printer….
She should go to the Dell website and search for her printer model.
Hopefully, Dell will have written new drivers for the printer and made them available on their website.
If not, she will either have to go back to her previous version of Windows, or purchase a newer printer.
