I love that I can keep detailed records of any cardio, strength, or stretching. exercise daily, but at the same time, glance at my monthly view to see how often I am working out.

Workout Journal can track Distance, Time, Calories Burned, Maximum Weight Lifted and Maximum Reps along with Body Weight, Body Fat %, and Circumference Measurements for Chest, Waist and Hips. You can also enter detailed notes for each exercise.

Workout Journal allows you to create a routine and save it as a template so that you don’t have to enter the exercises each and every time
